RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
TOSH SWIMWEAR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Tosh Swimwear will happily accept returns and exchanges, (excluding shipping charges) of any regularly priced, unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise. Customers wishing to return merchandise must contact us at customerservice@toshswimwear.com within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. The swimwear must be UNWORN with ORIGINAL LINER and ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Please include the original sales receipt and packaging. To complete your exchange, or return for a full refund, (excluding shipping costs), please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
SIRENA TOSH RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Sirena Tosh will happily accept returns for exchange or store credit only (excluding shipping charges) of any regularly priced, undamaged, unworn and unused merchandise. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise must contact us at info@sirenatosh.com within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. The bag(s) must be UNWORN with ORIGINAL tags ATTACHED, and undamaged dust bag. Please include the original sales receipt and packaging. To complete your return for exchange or store credit, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
EXCHANGES AND CREDITS
Only regular-priced items may be exchanged or returned for store credit. All sale items are final. No refunds. (If a promo code was used for your purchase, you will receive the amount back in store credit reflecting the price you paid with the promo code.)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit. Exchanges and store credits will be processed within one business week.

SHIPPING
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item over $100, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
