HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Domestic and International orders are calculated depending on your location and the weight of your package. 


WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are generally delivered within 3-7 working days. There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe. Please allow for 1-2 full working days to pick and pack your order.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched, if you do not receive one please email customerservice@toshswimwear.com and let us know. Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours. We CANNOT send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
We use USPS services.


I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at customerservice@toshswimwear.com We generally process orders within 2-4 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?

Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us immediately. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Of course, we try to work on orders as soon as possible to minimize the wait time. We ship all domestic and international orders via USPS. Most domestic packages will arrive within 1-7 business days depending on location. International orders will arrive within 15-20 business days, depending on customs. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. You will be emailed when the package is shipped, received and if there is any delays in shipping. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add customerservice@toshswimwear.com to your safe sender list.



WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are very rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.

LOST PACKAGE?

We ship via USPS for all domestic and international orders, which provides secure and easy trackable methods of shipping, if your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.

Prices are listed in US dollars and charged to your credit card in US dollars.


WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?

Customs Duties and Taxes: Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Customs Value: Tosh Swimwear is required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-U.S. shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to adjust the actual value of an order on the customs documentation.

Depending on your country's specific import laws, you may be required to pay local duties and taxes. These fees are not included in your shipping cost.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Tosh Swimwear ships to most countries outside of the US. Foreign customs processing time varies by each country, so we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. International shipping transit times estimate arrival to your country ONLY and do not include time for customs processing. We estimate 1-4 weeks for customs processing not including transit.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not at the shipping destination upon delivery, a notice will be left instructing how and where the package can be collected.
